Privacy Policy

JOI Autopilot processes the minimum information needed to provide its creator tools: your Fanvue account identifier and display name, encrypted OAuth tokens, order briefs, generated scripts and audio, usage records, plan status, and technical webhook records.

How we use data

We use this information only to authenticate you, generate content you request, deliver creator-approved media through Fanvue, apply subscriptions and credits, prevent duplicate transactions, provide support, and keep the service secure.

Service providers

Requested script inputs are processed by OpenRouter and generated speech by ElevenLabs. Application data is hosted with Render and Neon. Fanvue receives media and messages only when you approve delivery. Each provider processes data under its own terms.

Retention and security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Generated projects remain available until you delete your account or request deletion. Operational records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

Your choices

You can disconnect Fanvue, stop using the service, or permanently delete your stored account data from the Account & data page. You may also submit a privacy request through Support.
